     No, unfortunately the TreeView DW does not have the ability to add an expression to the TV level bands to either make them invisible or collapse the height to zero when a certain condition is true / false. The only way I know of to suppress tree level data is either a) filter() the TV DWO's primary buffer or b) perform a re-retrieve of the DW's datum with a where clause including or excluding what level(s) you want or do not want displayed.
