Hi Andres;

   The PB 2017 Rx Trial version is the "Universal" edition. So it would include the PS Toolkit install with the PB section. You would then be prompted later in the installation for PS.

   The "Standard" edition would have no Toolkit or PS.

Regards ... Chris

If the customer was only supplied the Standard edition as a trial - then that install would NOT include PS or its Toolkit.

If you are trying to install the PB Trial edition downloaded directly from Appeon's website, then that would include PS and its toolkit.

Hi Andres,

Your customer needs to download the installation image for the trial edition rather than use the installation image of the Standard Edition.  Here it is: http://file.appeon.com/download/APB/2017/R3/GA/build_1858.00/PWRBLDR-2017R3LTS-1858-UNV-EN.zip

Then your customer needs to logout and log back in with the email address they used to request the trial edition.

It is important to do this quickly because the 30-day trial period begins when you request the trial (not when you install).

Regards,
Armeen
