Using Powerbuilder 2019 R2  Build 2353.   When deploying the application to the clients server the Theme process is incomplete, most of the colors are not set in the clients folder.  On the right is the compiled version running in the our own server.  The version on the left it on the client server.  A few of the background colors are correct so the Applytheme function is working and the files do exist but the grey background should be dark and all text should be white...  Is there a runtime file missing that should properly display the theme on the client server.
