Hi,

today I wanted to start using the new designs from PowerBuilder.

I clicked on the button 'additional properties' in the application object.
The themes tab, however, was just a blank white page.
I've tried the same on a virtual machine and can choose any design I want.
Has anyone ever had that?
How can I fix this error?

Many thanks

after we discuss this internal, I've reported it as a bug (3299) on Appeon site.

Whoever has this problem can continue to follow the case at Appoen.

Hi Chris, John,

my Windows version is Windows 10 Enterprise 1903 (Build 18362.295) and PowerBuilder 2019 Build 2082 - this a real maschine. There I found the blank page.

For testing new things we have a virtual maschine with Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 (Build 17763.678) with PowerBuilder 2019 Build 2082. On this maschine I can choose my favorite design for the application.

My colleague is working on Windows 10 Enterprise 1803 (Build 17143.950) with PowerBuilder 2019 Build 2082 - he has also no problems with choosing his favorite desgin for the application.

Another colleague is working with Windows 7 and PowerBuilder 2019 Build 2082 and he has also no problems.

Thanks for helping with this.

Regards

Oliver

Hi Olivier;

Suggestion: I would try uninstalling PB2019 and then reinstalling it - this time making sure that if prompted for additional MS resources, that you let the installer configure those for PB2019.

  Can you tell us ...

1) What build of W10 are you using?

2) Are you on a real or virtualized development machine?

3) What "edition" of PB2019 are you using?

Regards ... Chris

Hi, Oliver -

I suppose the most obvious question is: Are you running a version of PB that contains the Themes feature? I have to ask since you did not tell us which version you are using.
