When I download the plugin to run my application, what can it be? How can I solve this problem? it just happens to me in a machine

For PowerServer 2020, make sure that your Web browser settings are as indicated in the documentation and you are accessing the app using Crome or FireFox with correct URL that references multi_browser_index.htm at the end of your URL.  If still problems, try running the IWA version using URL that references iwarunner.html at the end of your URL.

  This question does not have much of an exact description of the problem, environment, version/build of software used, error message(s), etc. So getting answer to your vague question might be a challenge.
