Hi, all.

Does PowerServer (PB Edition) 2017 R3 Build 1858.00 support deployment to Android 5.1.1? If not, what Android version(s) does it currently support?

Please note though that PowerServer 2019 has dropped support for Android 5.x O/S versions.
