Resolved SQL Server Native Client for 64bit app

Hello,
64bit PB application unable to connect to SQL Server database. It errors out on connect with message: DBMS OLE DB is not supported in your current installation.
64bit SQL Server 2012 Native Client is installed. 
Please advise.

I guess ole db is not supported. SQL Native Connectivity appear to be working fine.
