Hello together,

is it possible at all, to use TFS as source control for PowerBuilder 2019.
I didn´t find useful instructions at all.
First I tried to install the Team Server 2013. This failed due to compatibility problem.
So, this is not that bad, i can use the Visual Studio 2013 which includes the Team Server.

The next problem (1):
How about the MSSCCI?

https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=TFSPowerToolsTeam.MicrosoftVisualStudioTeamFoundationServer20132015M
---
MSSCCI: The way it works is that PB requires MSSCCI to connect with TFS. Use the below link to download and install it :
---
I executed the link as described in the description, downloaded the application.
I´ve got an executable file named: "TFSMsscceSvr.exe".
But what shall I do with it? Nothing happens by executing this file.

The next problem (2):
---
Open your workspace in powerbuilder. Go to properties of workspace >> Source Control.
---
I can´t finde the "properties of workspace" in my PowerBuilder 2019.
Is it possible at all to open this properties in the Standard version of PowerBuilder 2019?

See also the attached file.

An so on.......

Is there any manual or video available to set up the source control with TFS?

Thanks for help.

Hi Robert;

Wrong place to look. Try a RHMB from the System Tree, as follows  ...

Hello Chris,

sorry, I should have figured that out myself.

I´ve forgot that there is a RHMB function.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Robert ... excellent news! More coffee (works for me). ;-)

The bad news some days for stuiff like this is when I Google an issue and the solution was posted 10 years ago by this Chris Pollach guy ... LOL!

One other question,

now I have successfully checked in my PowerBuilder project.
but I miss all files such as * .bmp, * .ico, * .wmf etc. format on repository.
Can I set this in the project properties so that all files are included in the check-in list?

Thanks for help.
Regards Robert
