Resolved Shortcuts on RibbonBar

Hello everyone,

I am creating a menu of actions to move between the records of my database in the different windows of my application. This menu is located on the ribbon and is controlled using shortcuts. The problem I have is that when I change the window the shortcuts stop working. Is it a focus problem or what?

I solved this by trying things. The final conclusion is that RibbonMenu isn't working properly, the problem was caused by a DeleteCategory function. When I was trying to delete and inserting categories on the same time, the RibbonMenu don't detects my shortcuts. Im not completely sure about this, but is the most feasible.

Thanks for reporting this problem.

I built a small test case with the RibbonMenu and tried to delete and insert categories at the same time and them using shortcuts but didn’t reproduce the issue on our side.

So if you think this issue is a bug, kindly please report this problem to our ticket system: https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug so it can be properly received and tracked.

Please also provide a sample PB test case (with PBT / PBL) when you submit it to the ticket system.
