Hi Sir,

   Error messages (see attached pic) prompted when session timeout has reached i believe. However, how to avoid those error messages box that is unnecessray to prompt? For example, if referred to my attached picture, there are two errors, 'System Error', and 'User input' that are so prompted. I am totally new to web based thing. thus, i hope if someone can kindly assist me? Thank you very much.

Hi Sim,

You can increase the transaction timeout, see this documentation:
Configure the timeout settings - - PowerServer 2022 Help (appeon.com)

That's what we ended up doing on our side because the default value is kinda short.

Hi Sim;

  FWIW: Another thing to use is a Database "heartbeat" feature that will totally avoid the PS timeout issue and this, App Error handling (although would still be prudent) requirement. You can read about that here: http://chrispollach.blogspot.com/2018/02/ifc2018r1.html

Food for thought.  HTH
