Resolved Served Licensing question for 12.6

12.6 states I am out of licenses. It allows 2 per license.  BUT I no longer have those machines.  How do I wipe those out and put it on a brand new computer?  Thank you

You should be able to login and release the existing licenses and generate new license files. Last time I did that, the address was:

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/licensekey/wizard

Hi Dawn;

  FYI: when Appeon took over PB from SAP in 2016 - our agreement with SAP prohibits us from supporting any older PB versions than PB 2017. Also, the Appeon license mechanism is totally different than that used by Sybase or SAP for PB. You will need to contact SAP for help in this PB 12.6 license issue.
