Hi, 

We are running PB2022 R2 Build 2828. 

We have an issue with running an application that is using PowerClient on Windows 11. 

While we are trying to run the application Windows is showing an error message: 

  The application launcher is unable to start the application because you do not have permission to run the application .exe in the application path

I tried to install the CloudLauncher in a personal folder(like C:\MyProject\CloudAppLauncherPublic_V2) instead of ProgramFiles but nothing changed. 

My user has all the rights on the folder the CloudLauncher and the application is installed. 

Do you have an idea what kind of security I'm missing and how can I give it. 

Is it any kind of special configuration for the depp link?
