Resolved SaveAs XLSX DLL

Hi everyone!

We are using Appeon 2022 R2 (22.1.0.2819)
We've got problem with SaveAs(XLSX!). After some investigations we found, that the
Sybase.PowerBuilder.DataWindow.Excel12.dll, which we have in our Runtime folder is "unseen" from the program.
After we copied the file to the directory of our application EXE file the problem has been resolved.
Anyway, I opened this ticket only to notify the Appeon team about this bad performance.

Hi Stefan;

  This is a long term issue that dates way back to the Sybase days of PB (as you can tell by the DLL name). It seems to depend on numerous factors like the version of the Windows O/S, Windows policy settings, Antivirus in effect, etc. Copying that DLL to the Application's EXE folder is the "workaround" if the SaveAs() has runtime loading issues. That won't change until this feature is rewritten.
