Entering text into an RTE field in a Response type window. The right margin is set to 7 1/2 inches. We have a client who opens this response window, and finds their right margin is set to 3 inches - too small for them. When they move the right margin to 7 inches, then close and reopen the same window, the right margin is automatically reset to 3 inches. We can reproduce this in-house, in reverse: when I change the right margin from 7.5 inches down to 3 inches, then exit and re-enter this window, the right margin automatically resets to 7.5 inches.

Questions:
1) how does this get automatically set?
2) how do we address this so that any right margin changes are preserved, so the next time a user opens the same window, the changes are in effect?

I thought this would be as simple as clicking the "Save And Exit" menu option, but that has no effect.

Thanks in advance!

Thanks Chris - I've never opened a support ticket before - what are the steps to do so?

Just discovered: if you use the smaller of the two resize arrows, the resize will not save. BUT.....if you use the larger of the two arrows, and highlight all the text in the RTE, then the resize will save!
