We are currently developing a new PB ribbon bar in our product and have successfully integrated it.
However, we noticed that the default appearance of the file menu in the ribbon bar doesn't look good, as there is too much space between the options.
I attempted to adjust the spacing between the options in the file menu, but we were unable to make any changes,
and it still looks like the default appearance. Is there a way to adjust the spacing between the options in the file menu?

Please let me know what version of PB you are currently using.
Is there a scale size set in the current Windows environment? Are you using a lower resolution on a high-resolution display?
The display effect on my PB 2022 R3 Build 3391 seems to be better than what your screenshot shows.
The RibbonBar control itself does not support adjusting the spacing, but you can try adjusting its TextSize property to see if it displays more comfortably.
Additionally, I recommend setting its PictureName property, as it will display more friendly.
