Resolved Release User License

I'm seeking advice on how to resolve 'Your are already logged in' issue for PB17.  I appreciate that you have to go to the User Center and select the licence manager -> PowerBuilder IDE ->Release User.  But for the hell of it I can't find the User Center.  You used to be able to access it from the log-on icon but no more.  A 'search' on User Center doesn't help.  If someone could tell me a) how to find the User Center;  and b) whether the licence release procedure is still the same.

Everything John said is exactly right.  And just in case something is wrong with the page displaying properly, here is direct URL to the User Center: https://www.appeon.com/user/center/index

Please note that only a order admin or license admin can release a license.  The user (that doesn't have such admin rights) cannot release their own license.

Hi, William -

To access the Appeon User Center: Navigate to www.appeon.com in your browser. In the upper-right portion of the web page, click on the "person" icon and log in, if necessary. Once logged in, click on the "person" icon and it will drop down a link to the User Center as well as provide a "Logout" button.

I don't know if the License Release procedure in the User Center has changed recently.
