My last information from Appeon at German UserGroup conference:

2017 R1: available

2017 R2: January 15, 2018

2017 R3: June 30, 2018

At Elevate Conference (videos you can find here) there was a session "Powerbuilder 2017 R2 Keynote" by Chris Pollach. There you can also find (in video at 1:30) the release plan. There is the release date for R2 the December 31, 2017.

Hmmmm.... I thought by June'2018 we'll be having PB 2018.

MR 1681 & MR 1689 = R1 Or ?  Or a separate full download is available ?

Hi BKR;

   All this information was disseminated at the 2017 Elevate conference in particular, in my technical part of the keynote address. You can review my PB2017R2 keynote and other recorded sessions ... click here.

   Note that PB2017R2 is still on target for December 31, 2017 to be released from Engineering. From there, we expect about two weeks before the public download is made available.

HTH

Regards .. Chris
