Resolved Re: Closure of PB 11.5 when opening a window

Hello,

PB 11.5 , Win 10 Pro

Everything was working fine.   Suddenly, when I open a window or create a new window, PB closes without any message.   Uninstalling and re-installing PB solves this issue, but re-appears after some days.  

This issue happens in one system only, not with the other (win 10) systems.  

Any guide to solve this issue ?

Reformat that computer and do clean install of Windows. Then install only minimally necessary things, and config exactly same as the other machines that don't have problems.

Update:

Without any changes (or reinstallation), suddenly I could open all windows from this new machine. And that happened for few minutes only. Again PB closed when opening a window. This issue is only when opening a window. I could open DW, functions, classes without any issue.

Have you checked out the windows eventviewer?

Armeen,

We are using PB 2017R3 in the same machine with NO such issues. We were using PB 11.5 in other Win 10 machine without such issues for a longer period. This new one is Intel i5 10 gen whereas the old one is i7 5th gen. Should check whether any latest update(s) of Win 10 is a cause anyway.
