  2. PowerServer Mobile (Obsolete)

Version Mobile O/S: Android 6.0.1
Internet Explorer:  11.471.17134.0
IIS 10.0.18362.1
PowerBuilder Universal:   2019R2 Build 2328.00
PowerServer (PB Edition): 2020 Build 2323.00 From AEM
Version of AWS:           12.0.2323.00.apk   From C:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\aws
Android Studio:     4.0

First this was working fine under 2017R3, since 2019 the PowerServer Mobile part do not work for a simple test but is working fine under Desktop and PowerServer WEB.

The test is simple in the open event of the application I simply open a response window with one datawindow not connected to any database, I insert 20 rows in it and display a message box with the dw_1.rowCount(). The message box display 0 rows when it should say 20 rows, when the window display the dw it is empty where its should display the 20 inserted rows.

In the PDF uploaded with the request I show the 2 screens that should appear in PB, WEB and Mobile.

I also uploaded the application object, the response window and it datawindow.

I'm sure I'm missing something simple/dumm, at this point I'm sending the base information only simply because I'm not too sure what more info I should send.

Please let me know what information you need to help me resolve this issue or if someone already had this simple problem before.

TIA
Sylvain

Hi Sylvain;

Works great on my Android 9.x and 10.x O/S based devices after being deployed from PB2019R2 build 2328 and running from PS2020 build 2323 with AWS build 2323, as follows:

Sorry, but I do not have such old Android O/S versions / devices any longer to test from.

Regards ... Chris

Thank you Chris, I just figure it out (I feel a bit dum here) I forgot to reset the proper 'PowerServer Template' in the 'Package profile configuration wizard'... now it look like it is working.

Thank you again for your time.

Sylvain
