Resolved Printer changes report font

Good morning guys.
We migrated our system from PB 11.2 to PB 2022. However, we are having a problem printing reports on some XEROX printers. When sending the source is changed and deconfigures the entire report. We didn't have this problem with printers from other brands. If we export in PDF we also have no problems. The default font is Times new roman and it exists on the printer. Has anyone seen this problem?
