Hi Oscar;

   Absolutely! You can use hosting services like RackSpace, Amazon, IBM, Microsoft, etc. As long as you can run an instance of MS-Windows Server 2008 or higher and install a version of IIS for PowerServer - your App's should run fine from there on any hosted service. I have personally set-up various Amazon EC2 instances for PowerServer and Appeon themselves uses RackSpace.

Thank you, your answer helped me a lot, in your experience that hosting would be better to implement the PowerServer.

It probably depends on some personal preference and experiences. For me, Amazon's AWS has been the one I have dealt with for a few PS implementations. They worked out very well!
