Hi Chris, thank you for your response. Sorry I'm new here.

I assigned the PowerServer license to myself and followed the email from Appeon for this to open AEM. The AEM shows that PowerServer is not activated. Then I tried to use my login(email) to login and I got 2 error messages:

1: "The user name can include any combination of letters, numbers, and '_' (underscore), but it cannot start with underscore."

2: "The user name or password you entered is incorrect."

Did I do something wrong? Thanks ahead.
