Resolved Powerserver 2021 - Save DW as PDF

Hi

We have deployed a Cloud App and running PowerServer 2021. We don't seem to be able to save a DW that contains nested DWs to PDF using the SaveAs function. It doesn't error and there is no file created.

We used to be able to do this in Appeon Server 2017.

You must use the NativePDF feature.  https://docs.appeon.com/pb2021/pbug/ug16818.html#Saving_as_PDF_using_PDFlib

Did you select “Always use NativePDF…” in the PDF Export tab of the application object?

Did you select “NativePDF Support” runtime library in the Runtime tab of the project object?

Glad to hear working for rest of your app. That wasn’t clear to me from your original post. It’s possible your nested DW is currently configured to not use NativePDF or it could be a bug. If problem still persists, please open a support ticket.

Update on this. The saving as PDF for the nested window report is working fine now. Thanks for your help.
