Resolved Powerclient Server Migration

Hi all,

 

We are currently on PB 2022 R2 Build 2819. We currently have our powerclient on an old server and we need to decommission that server. Is there a way for our current users of Powerclient to have their cloud application point to the new server or will we need to have them install the application from the new server?

Hi Kevin,

 

The server's URL is embedded into the installation path of the PowerClient application. It's a much safer bet (and probably way easier) to just uninstall the current application and reinstall if from the new location.
