Following what Chris said, in PowerServer this message usually means the project is using an authentication framework (OAuth2, Azure AD, AWS Cognito, etc) and the application is attempting to access the Web API without having completed the authentication process. Please see the documentation for more details on how to properly implement authentication:

If you didn't intend on using authentication, you can set the Auth template option to Do not use auth service to disable this check.

  PC Apps do not try to use any Web API's (as per your message).

  Could this be a PowerServer based App instead?
