Resolved POWERCLIENT App's desktop icon

App is deployed using POWERCLIENT , but some times desktop icon disappears.

App is running fine with IP Address. So is there a way for creating desktop icon automatically?

Icon not disappear every time, some times when app upgrade in windows 7. So not able to show this problem to Appeon support team.

Windows 7 not supported. Do you see the problem on Windows 10?

Hi Ritesh, The icon should not disappear.  I think you will need to open a support ticket and schedule a remote Web session with Appeon support team to show them this problem.
