HI,

Can somebody help me please.

I want to take my applications to the web.

This is my first time.

Do I just use normal Powerbuilder or must I install something else.

The easiest way would be to use powerserver (but definitely not the cheapest).

PowerServer is required on the server machine.

Powerserver is just referring to "Appeon Powerserver", here you can find more information:

https://www.appeon.com/products/powerserver

If you have Powerbuilder 2017 Universal or 2019 Cloud pro, then powerserver comes included in the price and product. You can develop "for free", but when you want to deploy your applications to your customers you would have to pay powerserver licences.

IIS with .NET.... this is what most Appeon customers use and it lines up with the PowerBuilder product roadmap of all the .NET features already released and will be released in the future!
