Resolved Powerbuilder IDE R2 NOT LOADED

Guys,

 

I have an issue were IDE is not opening for Powerbuilder IDE R2 Runtime 22.1.0.2819.

 

Error. Failed to load the DLL pbsys.dll,m Runtime version 22.1.0.2819.

 

OS: Windows 11 x64

 

How to resolve this? I tried un-installing/re-installing the R2 and its not working.

 

What to do?

I dont know why this dll having an error after installation of pb2022R2.

did you look for the dll on your machine? Check the runtime directories.

if it is there, then you have a path problem

Hi Dexter;

  Did you try ... 

  1. Installing via the Offline installer
  2.  Running the install in "Admin" mode?

I tried downloaded it the different but still issue is there. I've done un-installing PB2022/R2 with all components. I re-install PB2022 with all the runtimes and its works but when i try to install PB2022R2 2819 build that time the error appears.



I dont know what caused this issue.

Also i turned off the firewall and still same issue is there.

I doubt the firewall might be an issue. Do you have antivirus software installed on your machine? Check if it has recently blocked any of PB's files
