In PowerBuilder, how to change Windows Title Text color?. By default, black only displays; instead of black color, I need Red color in bold font.

Need clarification on what you mean by Windows Title ?

Are you talking about the Text control that you place in your (developed) windows ?
Or something in the Powerbuilder IDE?

In the attached screen, "Activity Queue Worksheet List for SYSTEM" is TITLE for the screen. I need title text like this: "Activity Queue Worksheet List for SYSTEM". Is this possible in the Powerbuilder ?

The title bar area of a window (Windows calls this the "caption") in a PowerBuilder app is drawn by the Window operating system; There are no properties in the PowerBuilder window object for setting the attributes of a window's title. The only alternative I know of is to use PowerBuilder themes.

Best regards, John

Adding to what John said, here is more information about UI Themes (available in PB 2019 R3 and newer): https://community.appeon.com/index.php/articles-blogs/tutorials-articles/2-powerbuilder/301-applying-a-new-ui-theme-to-your-application-2

What you maybe could do, is have a window without title and use a static text as if it was the title. You'd have to simulate the menus for maximize, minimize, close etc. so I don't think it's the best solution. You can set the title background colour in Windows settings, which is the way to go in my opinion,
