Will I be able to develop mobile apps with Powerbuilder and the Realm mobile database, including the ability to use the Realm built in notification when data changes?

PowerBuilder Universal Edition supports development of iOS and Android mobile apps.  The apps are online mobile apps.  If you need offline mobile apps (i.e. write to a local database on the mobile device) then you would need to license Appeon Mobile in addition to PowerBuilder.  For offline mobile apps the supported local database are SQLite and SAP UltraLite.
