All,

I have an executable built using the PowerBuilder 2022 R2 version. When I run this executable on a user's machine, it doesn't start up immediately; it appears as though nothing is running. After leaving the machine idle for some time (say 30 minutes), the application opens and the required screen pops up unexpectedly. No recent changes have been made to the application.

Everything was fine until a week ago when this issue started. It's not happening on all devices - it's fine on my desktop, but the delay occurs on my colleague's machine and a few of the end users' machines. Has anyone encountered such a scenario?

It could be all file & network server related related issues. How does the app work when installed on the users local machine vs running from a server (aka shared drive)?
