This is regarding Powerbuilder Server Upgrade. Recently we have upgrade one of our application named Harold from Server 2012 to 2021. This application is accessed via citrix icon.

We can see our application in working fine, but in one of the functionality we are facing issue. There are some reports which users download from their end, and one such report is known as Summary Print. So when the user is downloading the Summary Print report from the frontend of the Harold application in the PDF format then they are facing issue. The report which are getting downloaded is not getting saved in a PDF format. Rather it is getting saved as a PRN File.

We also tried renaming the file and changing it to .pdf but it didn't worked.

Kindly let us know if there is any solution for this or any other alternative to read that report/file after downloading it.
