Seems Message is very clear. No network connection. Since your have activated on-line license, PB checks for the validity of your license every time, it's started. For that internet connection is a must. Can you check whether there is any issue in your internet connectivity? Probably, that might solve your issue.
This error is not related with multiple login. The laptop is not able to make connection to the licensing server to validate the subscription so it gives this error. if your laptop has Internet it could be anti-virus or firewall blocking. As far as multiple login, you can install and use PB on multiple computer, but you have to logout of your other machine before you can login on your laptop.
