Hi,

 I cannot login to PowerBuilder 2021, below error message displayed. Can you help ?

Seems Message is very clear.   No network connection.
Since your have activated on-line license, PB checks for the validity of your license every time, it's started.  For that internet connection is a must.  Can you check whether there is any issue in your internet connectivity?  Probably, that might solve your issue.

This error is not related with multiple login. The laptop is not able to make connection to the licensing server to validate the subscription so it gives this error. if your laptop has Internet it could be anti-virus or firewall blocking. Here is info about the Internet connection: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022/appeon_license_user_guide/ch03s01.html

As far as multiple login, you can install and use PB on multiple computer, but you have to logout of your other machine before you can login on your laptop.

I used different laptops to access same server (which PB2021 installed) via Remote Desktop Connection. The only different is using different laptop.

Maybe there is stability problem in the Internet connection. You should have your IT dept. verify the remote machine can connect to…
