Dear All,

I am trying to install Powerbuilder 2019 R3 beta and it got 'hang' at PowerClient App publisher for a day already. Please advice. thanks a lot.

Hi Sim;

   The PowerClient installation requires IIS to be installed and active. Please make sure that IIS is responding and that your Windows login has Admin privileges & your login account is a member of IIS_IUSRS group.

    Also, the PC install can be downloaded by the general Appeon installer instead of using its online install mode. This is referred to as an offline install. You might want to retry the PC install using the offline mode - then run a"as Admin".
