The program “PowerBuilder 2017 R3” lost its link to the existing offline license.

How to fix this problem?

The point of the  system restoring works with the mistake of impossibility to change system files.

Hi Sergey;

  If you have lost the original offline license file or had to restore your PB IDE instance on another workstation, then you will require help from Appeon for this. Please send an email to Support@Appeon.com (and even CC sales@Appeon.com) to request assistance in this recovery. Normally, if an offline license is void, then a new one needs to be created. The User Center feature on the Appeon website cannot perform this request. That is what you'll need Appeon assistance for this.
