Are there any plans to release a beta and if so, what timeframe? Thanks.

Hi Greg;

  Heino is correct, Appeon will not be providing a public beta program for PB 2017. One of the main reason is that the product would need the new active licensing feature to be incorporated into the early releases first - which is one reason that offering the beta program is very difficult for us in this 1st Appeon PB release. This will not be a large issue in subsequent releases.

  Appeon is planning to have public beta's for PB 2018, 2019, etc.

Will there be a demo version or a free 30 day license or some mechanism to allow us to see if the porting effort makes an upgrade worthwhile?  We typically test out a new version to make sure our legacy apps will run before buying an upgrade.

  AFAIK, yes there will be a trial version. However, there has been no official information released on this aspect as of yet. My guess, is that this version would be available after PB 2017 GA ships.

as far as i know there will be no beta program.
