Hi,

Is there any other way  we can still purchase additional license key for Powerbuilder 12.1? As we are running legacy application and no plan yet to migrate to the latest Powerbuilder.

Hi Mayller,

No, SAP is not issuing any new licenses and Appeon does not sell any version older than 2017.

But migrating to newer version should require zero code changes since the new version is based on 12.x.

Upgrading gets you tech support, Windows 10 compatibility, updated database version compatibility, and stronger security.  Here are new security added: https://www.appeon.com/products/powerbuilder/secure-your-powerbuilder-apps
