Resolved Powebuilder ans SQl server compatibility

Hello , we have applications written in PB 12.5 with SQl 2008R2 Databases. We want to udgrade to SQl 2012 and then to 2016 or 2017.  Which version of PB is compatible with this version of Sql ?

  2. SQL Server

PB 2017 R3 and newer supports SQL Server 2017, but I recommend you go with PB 2019 R3 for 3 key reasons:

1. It is the newest long-term support version of PB, which will give you 5+ years support on this version.

2. It supports the new SQL Server driver (MSOLEDBSQL), which Microsoft recommends customers use.

3. It has tons of new features, including new option to automate install & update of your apps.
