Hi,

Can Power Builder 2019 migrate a PB client/server desktop application to .NET WinForms or WPF?

Hi Todor,

PowerBuilder 2019 R2 CloudPro Edition will migrate your business logic to C# Web APIs running on .NET Core.  .NET Core is what Microsoft is replacing .NET and it is cross-OS.  The UI you will need to either keep in PowerScript or rewrite yourself as WinForm, WPF, or ASP.NET page.  So far our customers have given us feedback that about 50% of effort is saved using PowerBuilder's automated solution compared to completely rewriting by hand.
