Resolved PB2019 Standalone license be used at work & home?

Because of the mandated work from home..  I access my work desktop w/ a remote session.  Compared to other software..  PB2019 has extremely slow refresh/response time.  I've set the remote session screen resolution down and unchecked other functionality to speed up the remote session.

Does a valid standalone license allow PB2019 to be installed/used at work & at home?  Thankyou!

If you use the online license method, then you can install numerous copies of PowerBuilder and you simply need to logout of one copy on one machine to use another copy on another machine.  Please watch this video: https://youtu.be/UY9CRwwKhlI?t=142
