He team,

I would like to try PB 2019R3 Beta, but I have a question:

When I install into the same server with PB2019R2, it will upgrade. So How it effect the current Power Server 2019 and and current web server ? Thank you

Hi Huy,

The beta is not meant for production use.  In other words, what you are trying to do is going to create problems... so please do NOT do it.

PowerBuilder license is online so it is no problem to install PowerBuilder to multiple machines.  Use a different computer or create a virtual machine and install the beta version to that test environment.

Thank you, I will try it in another PC.



But it is a real requirement when deploying. I have to deploy on the same production environment where there is PowerServer running for mobile app.

I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do to separate PB 2019 R3 from R2. I gave you good suggestion to install a VM on top of your machine and run the beta in the VM instead of your real machine.
