Resolved PB2017-R2 EOL

Hello,

 

Currently, we are using PB2017-R2. This version on PB is in End of Life (EOL) on 31 May 2020.

What's happen the 1st June 2020 ?
Will the PowerBuilder IDE continue to launch ? 
Will we be able to continue working on this PB version?
Do we absolutely have to change the version before the deadline of the 31 May 2020 ?

You can continue to use EOL version.  It just means you can’t get any more tech support or bug fixes on that EOL version.  Since it seems you don’t upgrade version quickly, I recommend using long-term support (LTS) versions of PowerBuilder.  PowerBuilder 2019 R3 is the next LTS version, and it should release next month.
