Resolved PB2017 Issue with OLE object creation- Please advise

We are trying to migrate application from PB11.5 to PB2017. When we run old application from PB2017 we receive below error message. seems, issue with OLE object creation.

Error message:

You should step through the program in the debugger so you can find out what specific object is causing the crash.

Does the machine with PB2017 installed also have PB11.5? If it's a different machine, are there any installed 3rd party objects that are missing?
Is this IDE or compiled EXE?
Do you have PB2017 patched to current version? 
Were there any warnings during migration that might be causing problems?

When PB crashes it usually gives yu a DLL or Module that has failed. Telling us that would give us a clue.
