Ouch, the issue is even you get the installer somewhere you need license file generated by SAP Website.  I recommend contacting SAP.  Appeon can’t help because we only got involved with version 2017 and newer.

Can't you just hookup your old disk drives to a new machine? (you said the motherboard / power supply has failed, but not the disk(s) ).

Do you still have your license somewhere? If it's a .lic file, you have to make sure that:
1. the computer name of your new machine is named the same way as your old machine.
2. You'll also have to make sure that you have a network card with the same MAC address as your old machine. You can use Mac changer for that (https://technitium.com/tmac/). The information for the computer name and MAC address should be in the .lic file.

If you have the license I guess there'd be no (legal) problem if anyone supplies you with the powerbuilder installer.

You will need to go onto the SAP license manager and check your old license in and then generate a new one. I have not done that for sometime and it was always a pain! You should be able to get help from SAP Support (ha ha) as they control the license for you.

Thank you all for your comments/responses... I was able to install PB 12.0 on a different machine thanks to the links provided by Shenn Sellers ... I successfully "deployed" one app that I support.  I'm sure if/when I need to provide mods (usually document changes), I will be able to do so.  I'll try to pressure customers to migrate to the new upgrade first, but you never know.

Sorry to take so long to respond... I spent almost an hour and a half with Sybase on-line chat, the end result was a recommendation to purchase a support plan and a list of contacts!  GGGRRRRR... Then the holidays have slowed my down.
