Hi. The appeon website indicates that I have not purchased any products. It will not allow me to download any products. We should have 4 powerbuilder IDE and 7 infomaker licenses. 

The PB IDE indicates that I have 200+ days remaining on my license. 

Please fix this issue!

Hi George;

  You must be the License Administrator for your organization in order to see that information.

Viewing downloads don't require administrator... you just need license to assigned to you.

Viewing the purchased licenses & assigning them though can only be accomplished as the organization's License Administrator.

You have registered both a gmail.com and a company email address.  Are you sure you are logging in to the Appeon Website with the same email you use to login to the PB IDE?  I can almost guarantee you the Appeon Website doesn't have basic problems that you mention... we have tens of thousands of users with no such problems.
