Resolved PB IDE Fails to Unzip the Template.zip during deployment

Hi

I have a PB 2019 R2 windows 10 machine with toolkit installed.
I use that to deploy PB apps to Power server  2020 running on windows 2016 server.

Yesterday I had to update the "multi_borswer_indexs.htm" with the non HTTP file under TEMPLATE folder
on the same PB IDE machine that has powerserver 2020 too. Recreated the zip file

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\developTempFile\Template.zip

I also deleted these files from toolkit path


C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerServer 2019\Toolkit\Template
C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerServer 2019\Toolkit\TemplateCache


Now, whenever i try to redeploy an application using toolkit I get this error:

<<<Failed to unzip the deploy template file (template.zip). Error code: 1. >>>>


I undid all the changes by removing the new TEMPLATE.ZIP and using the old one I had backed up (BAK-TEMPLATE.ZIP) and I still get  the error.

Do you know what is causing that and how to fix this problem?

Appeon wanted to try resolving a google chrome problem  by trying to replace the index HTTPS file.

I think the PB 2019 IDE has a bug in it. I found a workaround solution for this as follows:

Copy the "Template.zip" file from this folder

C:\inetpub\wwwroot\appeon\developTempFile\

to this folder

C:\Program Files (X86)\Appeon\PowerServer 2020\Toolkit\Template Cache\12.0.2323.00\

After that the Deploy Application function in the Toolkit worked fine.

Glad to hear your issue is resolved. PowerServer 2021 is no longer using this template.zip mechanism.
