Resolved PB Application freezes while working in remote

Hi all,

 

We have Powerbuilder 11.5 App running on Citrix Receiver 4.9 with Windows 2008 R2. We have unique problem, application working fine when it runs in office. The same Application runs in remote but the application freezes once the window is opened. I tried to find out solutions in the web but none of the solutions helped me. Please help me in resolving the issue.

Hi VJ;

   That has been a known issue with Sybase editions of PB. Since neither Sybase or SAP support PB any longer, my suggestion would be to download the "trial" version of PB2019, recompile and then give that EXE a quick test within that environment.
