Resolved PB 21 fails to start

Trying to start PB 21 and it halts saying a valid runtime is not found.  The runtime is in the common folder.

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you can download EOL versions here: https://account.appeon.com/download/previous-versions I think good idea that you try to do a clean reinstall.

Hi Gary;

  The PB 2021 Rx run times should be loaded in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\Common\PowerBuilder\Runtime 21.0.0.nnnn" folders where nnnn = the build number.  HTH

On top of Armeen's great advice .. I would also recommend searching the MS-Windows Registry for any PB 2021 entries and then delete them if any are found *before* reinstalling. At this point as well, I would recommend rebooting your PC and then perform the actual PB 2021 installation again. HTH
