I have created and deployed my PowerServer project and it works without problems. Then I try to create a package to deploy to another server. However, at the very end of this process, I get the following error:

Failed to create compressed package 'C:\George\PB21_Packages\train_test_Installer.zip'.
Failed to package application.

If I check "Installer executable" instead of "Zipped file" (default), I still get the error:

Failed to create compressed package 'C:\Users\GEORGE~1.MIK\AppData\Local\Temp\pbappscache\cache\cloudapp.zip'.
Failed to package application.

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you, George

Hi George,

Do you have by any chance an antivirus software that might be obstructing the ZIP creation?
If you do, please try to disable it to create the package.

Francisco

That is correct, but part of the creation of the executable installation package is compressing certain groups of files. Therefore, if there's something preventing the creation of these archives, both cases will fail. - Francisco
