Resolved OpenSSL libraries libeay32/ssleay32

The OpenSSl dlls libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll are delivered in the PB 21.0.1288 runtime in version 1.0.2.4. According to “https:\\www.openssl.org/source” 1.0.2.* libraries are out of support and should not be used. This is a relative old warning.

Why are these old libraries delivered with the newest PB runtime? Which functionalities within PB are still using them?

Hi Bernhard,

In PowerBuilder help the two files are listed with "SOAP client for Web services (Obsolete)".

Maybe Appeon will not update to a newer version because the feature is marked as obsolete.
